Other Ways To Help -- National Marrow Donor Program at Great Lakes

Patients all over the world need people like you to donate marrow, peripheral (circulating) blood or umbilical cord blood, or to help in other ways.

Learn about other ways to help in Michigan:

Donate your baby's umbilical cord blood at birth.
Contribute financially through The Marrow Foundation, the National Marrow Donor Program’s fund raising partner.
Work with your employer or community organization and NMDP to plan donor recruitment
Donate frequent flyer miles to help patients to travel to receive treatment.
Donate other blood products, such as whole blood or platelets. (All transplant patients will need other blood products during their treatment.) Find a blood donation center or donor drive near you
